Tending to the small, but important details shows your guests how much it means to you that they are sharing in your joyful celebration. From the hors d’oeuvres you choose to the selection of Miami wedding reception locations, your decisions will create the experience you and your guests will cherish always.
  • Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
  • Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
  • Ceremony Room - Hyatt Regency Coral Gables can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
  • Order of Events – Allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
  • Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.
  • Ice Sculptures – Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme.
  • Parking – Special rates for valet parking and self-parking are available for your guests.
  • Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors.
  • Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m.
  • Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events. Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of $1,500 will be due, then ½ way between date booked and event date, a second deposit of 50% will be due. Final payment must be made five business days before the function by cash, cashier’s check or credit card. 
  • Guarantee - A final number of guests is required by noon, four business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
  • Reception Menus - Our menus are provided as suggestions only.  Our Catering Department would be pleased to create any menu to fit your special needs. All food items must be prepared and served by the Hotel and all alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by the Hotel as well.
  • Ceremony Fee - For all ceremonies performed at the hotel, there will be a $5.00 per person set-up fee.
  • Entertainment and Decorations - We would be pleased to provide or help coordinate floral arrangements, decorations, entertainment, photography and transportation.
  • Bartenders - One bartender will be provided for 75 guests.  A bartender fee of $100.00 will be added for each additional bartender requested.
