Overview
Enhance your special day with cuisine that is as beautiful as it is flavorful, thoughtfully prepared by the in-house Catering Department of Hyatt Regency Coral Gables. Inspire your guests with a delicious meal in our Miami banquet rooms featuring customizable menus and Hyatt’s exclusive Personal Preference Dining option. Allow our catering professionals to create custom-tailored menus that will make your reception in our elegant banquet facilities one you’ll remember fondly forever.
Onsite Catering
Select from a variety of menu options, including:
- Pre-wedding breakfasts, from the All American Continental to buffets with omelet stations and bagel bars
- A “pick-me-up” break, offering everything from your favorite childhood treats to sliced fruit or health bars, chocolate fountains, or the Viennese Table with assorted miniature desserts, truffles, assorted petite pastries, petit four and chocolate-dipped fruit.
- Delightful lunches, such as herb-crusted Sirloin of Beef, with demi glaze & horseradish chantilly, silver dollar rolls, Salmon Wellington, with lemon dill sauce, assorted rolls, slow -baked Virginia Ham, with honey maple glaze, whole grain mustard & mayonnaise, assorted rolls and more!
- Spectacular hors d’oeuvres with a variety of international cheeses, Mini Quiche Lorraine, Smoked Chicken Quesadilla, Coconut Shrimp, Orange Marmalade Sauce, Crispy Asparagus with Three Cheeses, Sesame Chicken Filet, Dijon Honey Mustard, Parmesan Artichoke Heart, Ham and Cheese Pinwheel, Serrano and Melon, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Canapé, and many more
- Classic buffets, including Sushi stations with California, avocado, salmon, shrimp & tuna rolls served with soy sauce, pickled ginger, wasabi and chop sticks; Pasta stations with three kinds of pasta featuring marinara, pesto and alfredo sauces, garnished with sun-dried tomatoes, wild mushrooms, peppers, clams, proscuitto, primavera vegetables, scallions and Italian sausage; Carving stations and many more

Personal Preference Dining
Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the soup and salad, while our Chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented for each guest.
